1. How does avimosart.com work?
Our database of several hundred contemporary piecesof art is easy to navigate. You can either browse the whole catalogue or use a customised search facility to find your desired piece. Once you find piece that you like, you can enlarge it, obtain information about the artist ,see how it fits in with your own room’s colour scheme,and even choose a frame! All artworks from our database catalogue are for sale at the fixed non-auction prices shown. On-line purchases are made using Secure technology of “Pay Pal”. Delivery of your artwork is made within 3 weeks in the US.

2. How do we keep the prices for original art so low?
When you order from avimosart.com, we contact the artist directly and work with him/her to deliver the artwork to you. You do not have to bear the cost of the gallery rent or artwork warehousing. That’s why the original works are available at prices you would normally pay for standard products such as prints and reproductions. We also believe that our approach guarantees the authenticity of the art and the best service possible. It is our guarantee to you that we will only debit your credit card when we have confirmation from the artist that the chosen artwork is available. In order to reduce risk of damage during the shipment, all paintings side exceeding 50 cm (20 inches) on it’s longest side, will typically be transported rolled up in a tube.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed through “Pay Pal”. Your card will be securely authorised using the Pay Pal secure encryption. We will keep you updated via e-mail on delivery progress until you receive the artwork.

4. How much does avimos.com charge to ship?
There is no extra charge for shiping and handling to US and Europe. For other locations, please contact us for a shipping quotation. The quoted artwork price in our catalogue includes packing, shipping and insurance in transit.

5. Do you have a return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with receipt to our San-Jose office for full refund under the following conditions:

1. You must contact customer service by email at info@avimosart.com, telephone at +1-408-4997048, or by fax at +1-650-4030406, advising us in advance of the return.
2. Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to office “Avimos Art USA”.
3. You must ship the artwork back within 7 days of the date you receive it.
Providing you fulfil the above 3 conditions, we will arrange for full refund of the cost of the picture to your credit card. Help us make avimosart the best it can be for you
