5. Do you have a return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with receipt to our San-Jose office for full refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact customer service by email at avimos@earthlink.net, telephone at +1-408-2484429 or mobile at +1-408-4997048, or by fax at +1-408-2484429, advising us in advance of the return .
- Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to office "Avimos Art USA".
- You must ship the artwork back within 7 days of the date you receive it.
Providing you fulfil the above 3 conditions, we will arrange for full refund of the cost of the picture to your credit card.
